Digital market brief emails are sent from the platform directly to matching location-based leasing agents, landlord reps and developers. If the agent, landlord rep or developer has matching properties to the brief, they click from the email to a short online-based form where they can drag and drop completed spreadsheets or listing sheets of their property stock. We are not changing too many behaviors from how stock is currently submitted.

Yes we are a full lease lifecycle product. If a transaction is done in LeaseSuite Procure, then roll the new lease to be managed into LeaseSuite Premises. If in LeaseSuite Premises and a lease is up for renewal, roll into LeaseSuite Procure to run the transaction process. Both product modules work hand in hand.
