We don’t like to label the product as either. We think of LeaseSuite Premises as a complete commercial real estate strategy tool. Yes it does lease management and yes it will soon cover lease accounting (coming late 2025). LeaseSuite Premises is a total commercial real estate property eco system.
There isn’t a hard set rule on the leases we need to make you a customer. You may have as little as 4 leases but they are complex leases and come with huge critical date risks that need to be addressed. Tenant Reps may also want to track 1-2 leases as a service for their transactional customers.
You can either self-serve and load in the leases yourself by manual entry or via bulk import. Otherwise, talk to your LeaseSuite representative about utlising our lease administrators to onboard and audit your portfolio. if coming across from another platform, let’s chat about the most efficient way of transfer.
We price per number of leases and your portfolio of leases will fall into a pricing bracket. Not all leases are the same, some long and complex, some small and quick to onboard. It’s best to discuss your portfolio, let us understand the complexity and then we’ll quote accordingly.
Whilst we are not a maintenance logging platform, we are open to any discussion to integrate with one. We do offer facilities management, tracking critical dates and other light switches.
Coming soon in the Q3 of 2025. Stay tuned!

Yes we are a full lease lifecycle product. If in LeaseSuite Premises and a lease is up for renewal, roll into LeaseSuite Procure to run the transaction process. If a transaction is done in LeaseSuite Procure, then roll the lease to be managed into LeaseSuite Premises. Both product modules work hand in hand.
