A well-respected and trusted operator by tenants, landlords and investors alike. Michael has represented ASX-listed and multi-national businesses, assisting with strategic portfolio advice and planning, leasing transactions, and disposals.
Michael has deep expertise in portfolio structures, negotiation, financial management, capital management and property technology.
Andrew Brown
CEO and Founder
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience working in the Property Technology (Proptech) space, building innovative products that streamline and add value to clients in multiple real estate sectors.
He has worked across all aspects of property technology, from industry research and design to development and management. His diverse experience adds to Steele Consulting’s point of difference in how we innovate to deliver best practice solutions to our clients.
As Associate Director of Research & Technology, Andrew is responsible for driving the continued innovation of Steele Consulting’s lease procurement technology, research, and data analytics.
