Digital market brief emails are sent from the platform directly to matching location-based leasing agents and landlord reps. If the agent or landlord rep has matching properties to the brief, they click from the email to a short based online form where they can drag and drop in completed spreadsheets or listing sheets of their property stock. Not changing too many behaviors to how stock is currently submitted.
Absolutely! LeaseSuite is built for scale. We can build small localisation switches and can can build in local market intelligence fast.
It can be. Whilst it’s no Hubspot or Salesforce, and won’t cover marketing features, you can manage companies / subsidiaries, contacts, and build business development prospect pipelines.
Yes we are a full lease lifecycle product. If a transaction is done in LeaseSuite Procure, then roll the lease to be managed into LeaseSuite Premises. If in LeaseSuite Premises and a lease is up for renewal, roll into LeaseSuite Procure to run the transaction process. Both product modules work hand in hand.
